To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for an: E-commerce & Online Marketing Specialist
Your role
As our new specialist you will help build, develop and optimise Mobitec’s digital marketing activities.
You will work at the intersection of performance marketing, email marketing, CRM, digital campaigns, external platforms and the preparation of future e-commerce initiatives.
This role is about much more than clicks and reach. We want every digital initiative to reflect the Mobitec brand, engage the right audiences, generate qualified leads and contribute to a premium customer experience.
What you can expect
You will play an active role in building and expanding our digital commercial marketing activities. Several initiatives and projects are only just beginning, giving you the opportunity to directly shape the way we approach digital marketing in the future.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, executing and optimising digital campaigns beyond our existing social media channels, with a strong focus on Google Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
- Building and further developing email marketing, CRM activities and lead nurturing.
- Managing and optimising our Google Business Profiles.
- Using website insights, campaign data and platform analytics to develop actionable digital marketing initiatives.
- Analysing external platforms such as Archiproducts to better understand product interest, customer behaviour and commercial opportunities.
- Supporting the preparation of our first e-commerce phase from a marketing, customer experience and user perspective.
- Creating and adapting digital content for campaigns, newsletters and Google Business Profiles.
- Building efficient digital marketing processes and making smart use of AI-powered tools in day-to-day marketing.
- Preparing clear reports with actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
- Collaborating closely with Social Media & Content, Digital Project Management, Product Data, Sales, Strategy and Management.
What you bring
You hold a degree or professional qualification in Online Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Business, E-commerce or a comparable field.
In addition, you have:
- At least three years of professional experience in digital marketing, online marketing, performance marketing or e-commerce.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, performance marketing or comparable digital advertising channels.
- Experience with email marketing, newsletter platforms, CRM activities and lead nurturing.
- A good understanding of SEO, SEA, website architecture, landing pages, web analytics and digital customer journeys.
- Experience in reporting and data analysis.
- Strong commercial awareness and an interest in digital business models.
- Experience working with project management tools and ideally with AI-powered platforms.
- Experience collaborating with external agencies and digital service providers.
- A genuine interest in furniture, interior design, lifestyle, architecture, brand communication and e-commerce.
How you work
You are organised, proactive and able to work independently. You enjoy analysing data, measuring results and building digital initiatives rather than simply maintaining existing ones.
You have a strong feel for branding, design, language and customer experience, and you enjoy collaborating across teams. You are able to explain digital topics clearly, bring together different perspectives and help establish new processes in a pragmatic way.
Working together
You will become part of a versatile marketing team and collaborate closely with colleagues from Social Media & Content, Digital Project Management, Product Data, Sales, Strategy and Management.
Responsibilities within the team are clearly defined. Your focus will be on Google Ads, email marketing, CRM, Google Business Profiles, lead nurturing, digital activation, external platform data and marketing activities related to our future e-commerce development.
Language skills
You have a good command of French, German and English. Knowledge of Dutch is considered an asset.
