Your role
You are the owner of your projects.
This means you conceptualize, design, coordinate, and independently drive projects to completion – from the initial idea to the final output.
The Creative Supervisor in our team ensures brand consistency and provides a clear framework. You work together as equals.
Your responsibilities
Concept Development, Graphics & Visual Execution

Developing concepts – independently or as part of a team

Creating high-quality graphics for print and digital media
-
Campaign visuals (brand, product, social media, sales support)

Key visuals, layouts, presentations, mock-ups, and, where applicable, 3D renderings —all while ensuring a consistent brand identity.
Project Management & Creative ownership

Independent leadership of your creative projects
-
Planning and tracking timelines, processes, and milestones
-
Coordinating internal stakeholders (marketing, design, sales, logistics, etc.)

Managing external partners (e.g. agencies, photographers)
-
Quality assurance and final handover
AI & modern workflows

Active use of AI in the design process (ideation, visualization, efficiency)

Further development of smart, contemporary creative workflows

Sharing your knowledge and expertise within the team
Co-Creation
Even though you will lead your projects largely autonomously after onboarding, fostering the exchange of ideas, perspectives, and expertise within the team is very important to us.
What you bring
Professional qualifications
-
Completed degree or vocational training in graphic design or a related field
-
Several years (> 5 years) of experience in senior-level graphic design
-
Proven experience in project management
-
Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud

Ideally, experience with Figma and basic UI principles
-
Experience using AI tools in creative workflows
-
Strong understanding of brand management and corporate identity
-
Fluency in French and English; German is an advantage
