Join our team: Brand Experience Creative

At Mobitec, brand experience is not created solely in the digital space, but also through physical environments, experiences, and details. As a Brand Experience Creative, you will work on precisely these (physical) touchpoints – from trade fair booths and photo shoots to spatial brand staging and graphic projects.

Trade Fairs, Scenography, Shoots & Visual Brand Staging

This role is aimed at people who want to grow, who are interested in design, spatial impact, and brand presence, and who enjoy gradually taking on more responsibility – always within a supportive team environment.

Your Role

You will work within a clearly structured framework and become part of an experienced creative team that supports you, guides you, and provides feedback.
As you gain experience, you will gradually take on more creative freedom and responsibility within projects.

Your Responsibilities

Spatial Brand Staging

  • Contributing to the concept development and realization of trade fair booths and design events

  • Collaborating with colleagues and external partners

  • Supporting setup and dismantling on site

  • Interest in trends related to trade fairs, interior design, and brand experience

  • Assisting in the development of scenographic concepts for trade fairs, design events, showrooms, and presentation areas

  • Creating layouts, presentations, mock-ups, or simple 3D visualizations

Shoots – Support & On-Site Assistance

  • Assisting in the preparation of shoots (locations, furniture, logistics)

  • On-site support during shoots

  • Learning what matters in terms of scenography and spatial impact

Graphic Support & Development

  • Supporting smaller graphic design tasks

  • Working with existing templates and CI guidelines

  • Gradually developing graphic and creative skills (if required)

Project Coordination

  • Managing feedback and alignment rounds to ensure a consistent brand presence

  • Coordinating with the team and external partners

POS

  • Supporting the coordination and processing of POS and sales support requests

What You Bring

Professional Background

  • Completed studies or vocational training in interior design, event management, design, marketing, or a creative field

  • Interest in brand experience, spatial design, and visual communication

  • Structured and reliable way of working

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design (Adobe Creative Cloud)

  • Initial experience with 3D or visualization tools is an advantage, but not required

Languages

  • Fluency in French and English; German is a plus

  • Openness to learning and personal development

  • A good eye for design, trends, and brand impact

  • Curiosity, reliability, and commitment

  • Flexibility for on-site assignments (trade fairs, shoots)

The Marketing & Creative Team
