We are looking for a:
Sales Manager Benelux & Export


Together with your teams, you will develop and consolidate sales in Benelux, Spain, Norway, Poland, and other potential European countries.

Your main responsibilities

• Your priority is to accompany, motivate, bring together or guide the members of your team to achieve the objectives together.
• You establish the sales action plan and the budget that are in line with the Mobitec brand and strategy and ensure its follow-up and implementation.
• To increase the Contract activity (Horeca, Care, Office), you support actively your team members in prospecting and following up contacts.
• Through continuous exchange with your experienced team and a regular presence in the field, you ensure that information on markets, products, customers, competitors, suppliers, services, etc. is relayed.
• You offer support to your team members in relation to clients when necessary.• You will represent the Benelux team and the export representatives towards the internal departments.


• You have master’s degree in management or related field.
• You have up to 10 years of working experience.
• You are a real team player.
• Your communication and active listening skills as well as your organizational and interpersonal skills will be key to your success.
• You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English to manage your teams, your contacts on the markets and communication with the head office. German is an asset.
• You can easily handle digital work tools such as CRM, analytical monitoring software, virtual communication applications, social networks, etc.

• The position is based in Eupen, but you are willing to travel regularly in Europe.
• Affinities in the fields of architecture, construction, design for interior design projects is a real asset.
